This change reflects our parent organization Brave Achievers' aim to bring free tech training to all minority and underprivileged populations worldwide. It is also an attempt to spread the reach of our tech learning initiatives beyond Nigeria and the USA and make tech education accessible to young individuals across Africa.
This rebranding also reflects our commitment to providing necessary education and resources on in-demand tech skills for aspiring design professionals for free. We aim to correct the problem of racial disadvantage, a significant factor affecting equality in the global economy.
Why We're Rebranding to YouCreate Africa?
The rebranding process was a necessary step for Brave Achievers to expand its reach, bridge barriers to tech learning in developing countries, and make tech education accessible to more minority groups across.
To ensure the success of the rebranding process, we conducted extensive research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and assess the needs of our target audience.
Through this research, we identified the need to reposition ourselves as a pan-African organization that offers free tech education to individuals across the continent. We also recognized the need to develop a brand identity reflecting our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
The creative process for developing the new name and brand identity involved brainstorming sessions with our team, stakeholders, and focus groups.
We wanted a name that would be catchy, memorable, carry our prospects along, and reflect our mission of creating opportunities for individuals interested in design tech. After considering several options, we settled on the name "YouCreate Africa."
Our new visual elements, including the logo and color scheme, were carefully chosen to reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Overall, our rebranding process was a thorough and intentional effort better to reflect our mission and values as an organization. We are, therefore, excited to share our new identity with the world.
